How does the Digital Leave Card Work?

Step 1
Each employee logs on to a personal webpage using their own access code, where a full record is kept of all the leave days taken and the leave still available. This information is coordinated with the employee’s own department.

Step 2
The employee marks in an up to date calendar the requested day(s) of leave. In this calendar he can also see when leaves of colleagues are planned and sends his request (via an automated email) to his superior. The superior grants the requested leave with a mouseclick (or refuses the request). A complete up-to-date overview of leaves and other management reports are available for managers.

Step 3
After receiving the acceptance of the manager, the employee can doubleclick on the mail to put it in his/her Outlook-Agenda.
